Antonio, first double check ALL your fuses and make sure ALL your fuses are good. You can do this by using an Automotive Fuse Tester and making sure all of your fuses are not blown. If all of your fuses are good, your 1995 Ford Taurus may have a factory amplifier that needs to be turned on by your after market radio. The car stereo amplifier trigger wire has to be wired up to turn on your factory amplifier to output sound from your speakers. Hope this points you in the right direction. Good luck with your 1995 Ford Taurus stereo installation.

I am trying to hook up a Pioneer DEH-P6600 deck in my 95 Ford Taurus. When I went to splice in the factory audio wires, there were 7 wires, not 5. I have 2 additional wires, solid blue and black w/light green stripe. I hooked everything up, and put the output wires in the back for my amp. After connected to my amp, I then wired in a test speaker to assure that I am receiving sound, and nothing. What am I missing?
