This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I called to set up an appointment early in the day, I was confirmed and everything, they called me later in the day saying they had to push back my time because it conflicted with someone’s break time. they wanted to schedule me 2 hours later in the day. I don’t have a problem pushing the time back, but I don’t live in the area, had already confirmed the time most convenient for me and they had confirmed that the time was ok, If this is what’s to expect at this chain no thank you I’ll take my business else where!

Ive been coming here for years and ive never had a bad experience until now. I paid $170 and my hair got jacked up. Wrong cut AND wrong color. I was crying because it looked bad and the lady kept asking me if i had allergies. I have to go to work looking stupid now because i dont have enough hair left to fix the haircut and the bleach did enough damage im afraid if i try to dye it it will fall out. Never coming back here unless Leslie does my hair.

We love the monthly hair cut savings deal. We take our little guy about every 3 weeks, so x2 haircuts a month by Summer. She can cut a mean fade, hard part with a line. Most barber shops charge $1 extra for the line. Supercuts has us locked as long as she is there!

the ladies were so rude. I decided to make an appointment here because the supercuts i usually go to were booked.. anyways i came there 30 minutes early my appointment was at 4pm & i got my cut around 3:40ish & i asked if possible i can get a wash the lady who was cutting my hair said no bc there are people ahead of me which is understandable.. but i overheard the employees get upset when phone calls of customers trying to make appointment i heard one of them say “ stop calling already” & my haircut was done at 4pm on the Dot & nobody was there for there “ appointment “ the lady could’ve had the time to wash my hair it was felt rushed as if they all wanted to go home

Critical:ProfessionalismI had Summer do a dry cut to my hair for the first time which turned out fine but the 2nd time I called to try to make an appointment for highlights it was unsuccessful. When I called and asked for Summer I was told that Summer was not available and to leave my name and number and she’ll have Super call me back most likely the following day. That was already a red flag but I waited for a call the next day and no call. So I called back the 3rd day and Summer answered and when I asked her if she got my message she said no. When I told her what I wanted done to my hair she told me to call back the next day because she was busy. I was totally shocked so I just said yes but when I thought about everything I decided not to pursue it. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They literally messed up my haircut. I asked for one thing they completely ignored it and did whatever they wanted. The employee had a terrible attitude and had dyed blonde hair. It seems as if they hire whoever is available and don’t actually require any experience.

Positive:Cleanliness,Professionalism,QualityI went to this Supercuts yesterday 3/24/21. My Stylist Summer was hands down one of if not the Best Professional Stylist I’ve ever encountered. She totally hooked me up with a solid fade, She was sympathetic regarding the circ*mstances for my visit to LA, she listened to me ramble on about my Native American morning customs, and she even provided me with excellent information when I asked her about donating my hair to a nonprofit organization to make wigs.Seriously if you’re in LA and you need an Amazing Stylist go to Supercuts on W. I usually come in to get my hair washed, blow-dried and braided. My stylist is great. I’ve only been three times but always greeted with professionalism. Not to mention, it’s close by where I live. My stylist did go up with her price though. Great conversation! I will be coming back for another wash and braid.
